As a virtual business, we support our clients with tasks remotely. The advantage of being in Northamptonshire means we can support small businesses, sole traders, and professionals in Northampton, Daventry, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and the surrounding towns and villages. We also work with clients in Warwickshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Although many people still have not heard of the term, Virtual Assistants are becoming increasingly popular. By hiring a Virtual Assistant, you avoid all the costly overheads of hiring an employee (no maternity, holiday, or sick pay) and simply get ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
Absolutely, Langham Virtual Assistant also supports individuals and businesses across the UK.
We use Microsoft OneDrive to store all our data. No client data is kept on local machines to prevent any loss should a machine been lost or stolen. As we use cloud-based data storage, our files are always backed up.
All our invoices can be paid by either BACS, or online using a credit or debit card. Links for card payments can be found on the invoice.
Our virtual assistant services are invoiced for the entire project based on the booking confirmation. Tasks are invoiced based on the hours taken to complete. Invoices are detailed and include timeslips.
Our virtual assistants work Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm generally. We do not work bank holidays.
